There has been much speculation as to whether Paula Abdul will be back for season 9 of Idol. The round of try outs are next month and much of the media is wondering if they will see this goofy, kooky spirit of a judge.

It is apparent that Paula Abdul is frustrated with her upcoming AI contract renewal. There is much support to keep Paula on her Twitter page. Past AI contestants like Danny Gokey and Annoop Desai tweeted to Paula to stay on AI.

I think this is just publicity and that Paula will stay on as an American Idol Judge for season nine and possibly season 10 and 11. No one can take the place of Paula Abdul. She wears her heart on her sleeve and invests in these singers. She will sure stay on so don’t miss next season.

The “American Idol” reality-tv host, Ryan Seacrest, has secured a three-year deal of $15 million a year with CKY, parent of “AI” producer 19 Entertainment. He has become the $45-million dollar man and is the richest reality host so far. This is a huge pay raise as he was getting $5 million a year before this triple increase. Seacrest is sure rolling in the dough!
